  1. well english and frensh are authoritative at the political field , but italian i donno
  2. no.
  3. There is no reason why the Italian language would need to have an authoritative position in the Egyptian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Egypt as a country deals with the European Common Market and the E.C.U. does not have a large bearing on its economics. Egypt imports very little from Italy nor does it export much directly to Italy. As Egypt's main commodity is Tourism it has been shown that even when the European economy goes down Egypt is able to maintain its number of tourist bookings.Unlike Spain,Germany and England. The number of Italians retiring to Egypt has increased, but so it has with regard to all European countries. The number of Egyptians leaving Egypt for Italy is minimal, due to poor employment prospects and a fluctuating economy in Italy. So no, I don't think it has any authorative relationship. Except for Italy to return all the Egyptian historical artifacts held in the Vatican, and not being displayed to the public. As was the original agreement.
