- My boyfriend bought a Larouse course of Italian and he learned it very well, his Italian is not perfect but is very helpful

- It depends on yr target ;if yr goal is to really learn Italian then you must definitively come here and attend the different courses of Italian for foreigners that really a lot of private schools are holding. The best are located in Florence and in Perugia (in case of real interest pls contact me to my Yahoo email and I'll pass you a few links). If you've in yr mind to learn instead just something of our language I think any mean could be ok but not Internet or recorded lessons. Italian is a very difficult language, with hard constructions and a lot of exceptions, and therefore must be teached by somebody who knows it perfectly,better if mother tongue.Believe it or not besides Italian I've studied other 3 languages and the most difficulties I've met just with Italian...!!
