2. The word culture generally refers to patterns of human activity and the symbolic structures that give such activity significance. Culture has been called "the way of life for an entire society." This being said, you could say that art is part of the Italian culture but you could not say that an Italian artist is a culture because an Italian artist is a single person. In other words, Italian (adjective) can be used to decribe a culture (noun), which is a "way of life" but Italian artist (noun) cannot be used as a description for a culture (noun). Hope this helps!
3. I wouldnt exactly call it a culture but its definitely a cultural idea or "way of life" and its part of the culture.
