- Italian culture is from Italy. The Italian language is known as one of the Romance languages, based on latin.
- Guatemala is in Central America
- the "Latin Culture" is mostly referred to Latin America.. but if you want to get technical their is Latin America (meaning Mexico, colombia, chile, uruguay, etc) and Latin Europe which is Italy, spain, France, Portugal, etc.... if you want to make them into a culture all together than the only thing that unites them is the Romance Language (hence all the languages derive from Latin). Spain is considered Latino becuase they are the Mother Country.... just like England is the United States Mother Country.Spain conquered Latin America along with Portugal and the Latin American population are mostly a race of mestizo meaning they are mixed with spanish ancestry as Brazil with Portuguese and the other half of the mestizo race depends on what country they are from. I hope this helps.
