2. It depends where is your starting point...where are you from?
3. To get into the country you will need a passport if you are from the US or Canada, and most other countries require a Visa. Make copies. Leave one copy of your passport at home with someone you can reach. Put one copy in your suitcase. Keep your passport with you at all times. If you get stopped by the police and you have no ID you may get carted off.
