There is a fairly large French-Caribbean community in Paris and some nice French-Caribbean Restaurants. One of them is La Table de Babette at 32, rue de Longchamp. That's just a few blocks from the Trocadero, across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower in the 16th arrondissement.
