- Dear Traveller, I am just back from my Italy Tour! I had a great time been taken care by a great company: Welcome in Italy! The hotels, the guides and the suggestions were excellent. I suggest you to contact them too: info@welcomeinitaly.it Have a good vacation!
- You really don't need a tour. They cost a ton of money and you are locked into someone elses schedule. Before you purchase a tour I would suggest at least going to a book store and reviewing the "Let's Go Italy" book. It had more useful knowledge in it than you can imagine. After being there in May I still would not do a tour. They won't take you to the most precious places in Italy - the allies. Getting lost is one of the most fun things you can imagine. Plus you can't really get lost too long, every city is very small by American standards.
- you can visite the web-site www.ilrosone.com
- Thebest tour is to do it yourself. It normally works out cheaper and you get a far more authentic Italian experience. The ideal is to select a region or two and choose a good base. Then rent a house or apartment there and hire a car to explore. You will really have an experience of a lifetime.
- I went through Explorica. It was very convienent. It didn't cost too much, and the price of the tour included breakfast and dinner each day. You're also allowed a certain amount of free time each day.
- I recently took a tour of Cinque Terre. It was really awesome.
