Im just curious cuz i want to go study abroad in Rome, but i would also like to visit these places well.

- Yes, but both Berlin and Paris are quite distant from Rome; train is cheaper and faster way to move inside Europe, unless you really need to cover a long distance. Anyway, here Trenitalia (Italian state-owned railway system)official site http://www.ferroviedellostato.it/homepage_en.html Next September a new company, NTI, should start but routes are anyway the same.
- Yes. You can fly as well, and it would be much cheaper to fly, not to mention lots faster.
- Yes, I take the train to Paris, Munich, Vienna or Bologna from my home in Italy. The trains are also a great way to get out and explore Italy. Pinguino gave you the link for the trains here. For longer trips, like Madrid, or Berlin, flying is a better option. You can find budget flights on sites like: http://www.skyscanner.net/ .
