- no lol
- nothing.. Australians are descended from the British- Anglo Saxons Italian-Australians,its hard to believe their Italian with the Aussie accent
- we eat tomatos more nows loool and our fascination of cheese and wine
- lots of ways with food and drinks like coffee ie real proper coffee. With all sorts of pasta and other dishes but other cultures have influenced australia (ie like the greeks) too as it is a very multicultural society.
- Hi, I guess, all the people living down under, are now able to appreciate how great, delicious, plus, healthy Italian food can be enjoyed in a highly civilised European manner, hence the right way up, Good Luck
- Foods like pasta and pizza are now considered part of the every day diet and and made at home by most Australians regardless of ancestry. Olive oil in now on every supermarket shelf where it was once only available in pharmacies, Australian now produces its own excellent oils. Garlic once looked at in horror is in every kitchen Coffee has overtaken tea and good espresso can be found not just in the cities but also small country towns Italian (and Greek) mass migration in the 50s & 60s moved Australia away from British cooking and created our own unique food culture
