Why Italy
any suggestions on restaraunts or favorite spots in Florence, Italy?
I'm going to Florence tomorrow for a week with school actually for a "cultural experience" i suppose, but we do get one day off from our itinerary and was wondering if anyone had an idea or a "must-see" in Florence :) thanks

- i spent some time in florence and we found a great restaurant, full of locals, with great food and great atmosphere. i cant remember the name, but can tell you exactley where it is. just follow directions to original old fortress wall of florence (cross the ponte vecchio and turn right) and a few steps past the wall, located in the building right past the wall is the restaurant, and it is open for dinner.
