How do you say these phrases in italian?

hey i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to say either of these phrases in italian: "life is sweet" and "life is delicious" thanks! thank you so much! i agree...the first one does sound better haha

2. literally "la vita è dolce" "la vita è deliziosa / piacevole" I would use the first sentence, it sounds a little better than the second one
