Why Italy

Good places in Europe for singles to go?

I have some time off next week and I am thinking of doing abit of travelling. I live in London and I am single, 30 years old. Where is a good place in Europe where I can meet nice people and do abit of sightseeing? I have seen most of Italy, so that is not an option.
