How long does it take to fly on a plane from Rome, Italy to Seattle, Washington?

I am writing a book, and my main character takes a plane from Rome Italy to Seattle, WA... it is just a little part, like, one sentence.. please help me!

1. Idk maybe 20 hours. 16 hours if you fly straight there w/o stopping
2. it all depends on which airline you take, how many stop and how long the layovers are. Your looking at anywhere between 14-30 hours.

4. My trips were just over 18 hours.
