4. Buon giorno! First of all I am American, but my grandparents on both sides came from Italy. So I love all and everything Italian. I made my first trip to Italy last year and I visited: Milano, Firenze, Venicia, Roma, Torino, and all the lakes. I have to say my favorite city is Rome. I had fun in Milan, too (the Duomo, Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper), but I mainly enjoyed it because of my friends that live there. They took me all around Milan and showed me all the sights. We ate at very nice restaurants. It was my experience that people from Italy are very nice and friendly. I loved to ride on the trains. The food was very good, but not so unlike the food that I cook, learning from my mother and my grandmother. The Italian clothes are the best on the earth (shoe's too and purses from Florence). I wish I could live in Italy, but my home is America and my life is living in America. I plan to return to see the other side of Italy and visit Sicily. I have heard that it is very beautiful. P.S. Italian men are handsome...I loved to look at the carabinieri patrolling at the Duomo...meriviglioso!
