About The Italian Culture And What They Contributated To The Canadian Culture?

I am doing this project with my friends. We would like to know how the Italians contribuated to the Canadian Culture and Any famous Italian people and their achievements. It would be a great help if you knew anything Please answer back <3

1. Enrico Fermi was an Italian physicist who worked on developing the first nuclear reactor. He also made significant contributions to quantum mechanics, nuclear physics, and statistical mechanics. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1938.
2. Firstly in Sicaly they have farms at the edge of volcanos and they direct the lava away with a seruis of controlled explosions. They say that the ash is good for the crops partically grape vines.
3. I don't have a specific answer for you, but to start your research I would look into culture of different countries into which Italians have immigrated including Brazil, Argentina, the US, and some African countries (especially Ethiopia) and see what they all have in common.
