- You should get your Schengen visa from the country where you will stay the longest. If you will stay in all countries an equal amount of time you should get your Schengen visa from the country where you first enter.
- I would recommand to apply from the ambassy of the country you will stay first. Because you should have a proof of accomodation for appying visa. Contact http://www.passporttofrance.com they should advice you.
- Yes you may get a Schengen visa from the Netherlands embassy if you plan to go to Italy and France before you go to the Netherlands and stay in the Netherlands the longest time. You may not get it from the Netherlands if you plan to stay in Italy/France longer than in the Netherlands. Schengen tourist visa are issued based in iteneraries provided and will be rejected if the applying country is not the main destination or the country entered first if the time of stay is equally distributed. If you should be a citizen of Eritrea you may get the visa for France from the Dutch Embassy since it also issues visa on behalf of France; the same applies for an Italian visa at Suriname which can be obtained from the Dutch Embassy in that country. - Why people are asuming always something not written in the question. Yes you can and sometimes you even have to for example if you transit another Schengen country. However you must stay longer in the Netherlands than in the other both countries to be enabled to apply.
