  1. Why don't you find a tour company that provides escorted tours to those countries....and that will include all hotels and transportation. Try Insight, Trafalgar, Collette, Globus as a start.
  2. There are many guided tours of Paris, just ask at your hotel or hostel which one to take. Getting from Charles de Gaulle airport is easy, just take the RER towards the city centre. I don't know about guided tours of Venice, but can tell you that nothing is cheap in Venice! Its ridiculous and finding your way around is even harder since the "roads" and "canals" are never one continuos part, there are breaks in them everywhere. From the airport, assuming you are landing at Marco Polo airport, you can catch a regular bus to Piazza Roma or a water taxi to Piazza San Marco. From Treviso airport, you can catch a bus to the main train station of Treviso then a train into Vencie.
  3. Transportation options from the airport to Venice depend on arrival airport. From the Treviso airport where some budget flights arrive, there are buses timed to meet the flights and take you to Piazzale Roma in Venice. From the Marco Polo airport, there are various options such as a boat or a cab, but the bus will still be cheapest. Again, the bus will take you to Piazzale Roma. From there, you can walk or take the vaporetto (water bus) onward. Venice is very easy to get around in. It's small enough to walk easily. There are some self-guided audio tours here: http://www.pocketvox.com/en/node/15 . If you really want a guided tour, you might consider these people: http://www.venicescapes.org/ or one of these: http://selectitaly.com/guided_services.php?city_id=23 Note that the guided tours are not cheap however. The Biennale will be running in Venice this year. Be sure to take some time to see some of the exhibitions. The main areas are in the Giardino and Arsenale, but there will be various exhibits all over the city.
