Why Italy

If I visit Italy for a week, is Venice worth including in my travel plans or...?

will it just be a big overpriced disappointment? Based on your answers so far, I suppose the next question would be, should I take a love with me or should go there to fall in love? . Crogiolo dei Mondi, beautiful photos. Now you have me wanting to go more than ever. I did recognise some of the locations from other photos I've seen on the internet. Thanks.

3. Venice is one of my favorite towns IN THE WORLD... you can take a camera in each hand and walk down the sidewalk shooting photos with each camera without looking and 90 percent of the photos will be keepers.. I love that town and at one time even thought about moving there.
