- There are entire books written on this subject, so it's not feasible to give you decent descriptions in such limited space. Besides, you didn't mention anything about what interests you. What is "best"? Historical sites? Art museums? Shopping? Any of ten other things? My list of "best" might be your list of "worst"! If you want a truly memorable trip, do a little homework and design an itinerary that interests you - not what interests me. Get a good travel guide (or two) at your local book store. Read them and make a list of the places that really get you excited. Then, design an itinerary around it. Keep it reasonable so that you have time to enjoy each place. Six days one country is not that much time. Many people make the mistake of trying to see too much and they spend more time traveling between cities than exploring them. Plus, you can take the books with you and refer to them during your trip. It's very easy to do if you're willing to put a little time and effort into it. And, you'll have a very enjoyable trip.
- You can visit St. Peter's Square and Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum and Roman Forum when travel to Italy. For Germany tour, a good itineray as follows, i think.
