What is an easy italian dish to cook for a date?
having someone over wednesday night. hoping to wine and dine her. Looking for something good to cook besides spaghetti.

- lasagna is easy, it just takes a few steps!
- some good pasta, or lasagna. or how about some fettuccine.
- spagetti and meatballs is actually a really god idea in my opinion. But, if you dont want to do that, then lasagna is easy ♥
- Cheesy ziti is good with some rolls. It is easy and it is so yummy.
- My favorite Italian dish is called skilletini. Skilletini for Two 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 or 2 jalapenos, sliced (optional depending on individual taste) 2 medium roma tomatoes, sliced 1 med onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 6 oz dry angel hair pasta Cook pasta, drain, rinse and set aside Brown chicken in frying pan with small amount of olive oil, add all other ingredients, except pasta. When peppers are cooked add pasta to hot pan and mix well, allowing pasta to slightly brown in hot oil. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
