Yes, it's been available in those continental countries since January, but definitely now availab;e in UK & Ireland too, since late March. http://voice.yahoo.com And I've no idea of the version 10.0 - I guess maybe that's a "UK-only" version of YM - but the "normal" version (that would probably work fine for you) is currently Beta 7.5.0.647 - probably available from http://messenger.yahoo.com (and if not, then definitely available from: http://www.filehippo.com/download_yahoo_messenger/ )
