Has anyone traveled with EF tours before?

A review of the Hotels and there 'breakfast' and 'dinner' would be greatly appreciated. My class is going on an EF tour 'best of Italy' in May.

1. I'm going on an EF tour in about a week to France, so I'm wondering the similar things. The hotels I received, and looked up on the internet.... they seem to be budget hotels, some that aren't good, some that are good. Any of this info would help me as well.
