Why Italy

What facial features do Italian/Greek women have?

I'm just doing some research, and wanted to know what features Italian and Greek women have that are distinct...eyes, nose, lips, etc.

1. I am greek, I have been to Athens,Greece, I have brown eyes and brown hair, and sadly we r hairy. I am not kidding.
2. they usually have dark hair, thick dark eyebrows, golden tan skin, and a full mouth. They usually have brown eyes too.
3. idk because im white and italian but i no like golden skinned italians. But if your italian you will have a lot of birthmarks

6. many have very chiseled features. i'm almost 100% greek and my fathers side most of our family have small bumps on the nose only noticeable from the side. many greeks have big brown eyes but i have small eyes that kind of turn up but that may because my father's family have a little bit of egyptian. when i watch greek shows with my grandmother most of the women tend to have fuller lips but again i have have different features i have thinner lips. many have light eyes but some have brown.
7. well in my family(I am Italian/Sicilian/Portuguese and Scotch/Irish/Cherokee... but I look Italian) we have darker hair, but I dye mine, dark brown eyes, alot of moles(nothing gross though) and olive skin
