Am i racist for ...only wanting to marry a white guy or asian?

One of my friends the only latin friend i have is hell bent on getting me to date a latin guy and even thinks i am being a racist for not having done so ?All because when we were talking about marriage she said she wanted to marry a Cuban like herself and i said i would prefer a white or asian guy?I have never dated a Latin man even though i am Latin with a mix of spainard (both my grandmothers 100% from spain),german,french,and a pinch of middleastern blood (persian).I was brought up in an almost entirerly white neighborhood and went to private school where nearly everyone was white save a few asian as well as Hyndi people. I never even met a latin guy or girl my age till college almost and when i did it was not a pleasent expeirence because i did not speak the language,have a slender frame( runner), and new little or nothing of the culture (raised on american food/mainly italian) .Am i in the wrong for not feeling comfortable with latin guys? I have dated almost all white guys with the exception of 3 Asians and the guy i am intrested in now a family friend is half Indian (from India)and white.

13. no your not racist. you just probably never met a latin that you felt attracted to. I always dated hispanic men. Only 1 white but nothing there as for energy or chemistry. Blacks no energy and chemistry. Never met one. I considered all races but now I'm married.

16. My father was black and my mother is white, so I sort of know where you're coming from. It's okay if you are not attracted to Latin guys. That does not mean that you are racist. As long as you treat everyone well, your friend has no cause to complain or accuse you of racism, and it's none of her business if you're only attracted to white or Asian men. Whatever you do, please keep your parents involved in all your relationships, and be looking to marry a good man.
17. No, you are just use to a certain culture where you feel comfortable. This doesn't mean you are a racist. Your friend is putting thoughts in your head that are completely wrong. Maybe she needs to listen to what she is saying to you. You know in your heart you are not a racist. Try not to allow her to change what you already know. Don't second guess yourself. Racism is a learned behavior which comes from insecure people who hate themselves.
