Why Italy

Do i have to study GCSE italian to it for A level?

I'm currently studying for GCSE Art, Pe and Geography. When i start my A levels i need to choose 4 subjects. I would like to do Art, Pe, Biology and Italian. But i havent studied Italian for GCSE can i not do this then for A level?

  1. It depends on where you're applying and what their restrictions are. Generally you don't have to study Italian but it's recommended that you've studied another language such as French or German just to prove that you're capable of adapting to and learning another language. It also depends on the level of the A-level; if it's a continuation of GCSE or a fair beginner's course. Your best bet would be to ask at the school or college you're applying for for their entry requirements =].
