  1. 1 slice of pizza, look for anything that would be antipasti 2 espresso after the meal, before you could serve a "bitter sin" (that is a nonalcoholic drink looks like Campari with soda) 3 saltibocca, lasagna, ossobuco, pasta in general are easy to prepare and typical 4 figos al forno, tiramisu, zabaione, ice-cream
  2. 1. antipasti platter (italian meats, cheeses, veggies) 2. italian soda or cremosa (or serve sparkling water & see 4) 3. pesto pasta 4. cappucino with Italian chocolates or chocolate dipped biscotti These are all fairly easy... You can even buy a pesto sauce premade now adays and just toss it with your pasta after cooking it. The biscotti you could do yourself or buy. Italian sodas are just club soda with Italian syrups added to them, and cremosas are just Italian sodas with some cream mixed in. Oh and as far as the pancakes go, Italians make crepes and they aren't that easy to get just right... You have to have the right kind of pan, the batter has to sit for awhile, and you have to know what you're doing when cooking them. Plus they aren't very good without a filling so then they get even more complicated. You said you wanted easy.
  3. 1. Alomond-cranberry biscotti 2. Limoncello or esspresso 3. Chicken parmesan 4. Triamasu
  4. 1. a snack = Biscotti 2. a beverage = some italian wine (I suggest Bonarda (red) or Verduzzo (white) 3. main meal = a dish of "Lasagne al forno" (fantastic) 4. dessert (is pancakes an italian dessert?) =No, Crostata or Tiramisù or Cassata Siciliana and much more are typicals
  5. Snack - grapes with asiago cheese Beverage - wine, Orangina Meal - any pasta dish Dessert - Biscotti with espresso
  6. snack..prosciutto or sopressata and chese beverage..wine and coffee meal.. a simple pasta with garlic and oil dessert..Cenci Lovers' knots
