Where can I find the cheapest fare from San Diego or Los Angeles to Catania, Italy?
I've searched everywhere but I can't find anything less that a 1000 (including tax). Could you guys please help me find something? I want to leave either on the first or second week of September, but before the 15, and return on the third week of October. My dates are flexible. Thank you in advance.

- The cheapest fare will be SoCal to JFK with JetBlue or whoever's currently cheapest, then JFK to Catania with Eurofly, a new low-cost airline serving Italy from New York. http://www.jetblue.com http://www.euroflyusa.com ----- updated I did some more checking for you. It actually looks cheaper to go to LAX to London first, then fly on a separate ticket from London to Catania. Around your dates, seats available currently for $835 (USAir to Gatwick $617 total; BA on Gatwick to Catania $218 total). This takes advantage of 2 good sale fares put together, but check to be sure you've got plenty of time between arrival of one and departure for the next flight.
