Why Italy
being in italy, why do i get "http://it.yahoo.com" when i type "http://yahoo.com"?
i have an italian version of XP home edition (it came with the computer) but but i prefer to do my searching in english. Yahoo and Google always redirect me to their italian sites...i do not want that ...what can i do?

- change the language to english in xp. as far as going to an italian yahoo, that may be due to your ip address.
- its your ip address linking you to Italy only.
