Getting to the Santa Maria Novella Train Station from the Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci Airport). Taxi It's about a 15 minute journey from the airport to SMN Central Florence Rail Station. The cost is approximately €15/16. Bus There is a bus which runs every 30 minutes from the airport to SMN Central Florence Rail Station which is about a 20 minute journey. Tickets are available from Florence airport for €4 and the bus leaves from outside the Arrivals Hall to Sita bus station which is located just outside the SMN Central Florence Rail Station. The Bus is called ‘Volainbus’- ‘fly by bus’. Florence is beautiful! Have fun!!
