How do I learn Italian and Portuguess?

I speak spanish ( Im hispanic) and I understand 80% of portuguess and Italian, but I have trouble speaking because my spanish will come out. Does any body know if there is any book that shows how to read and pronounce the words? or tape etc.. Does any body know?
