Where should I look to find an at-home guide to learn Italian?

I'm looking for some sort of CD, book, etc. to learn Italian on my own. Any suggestions?

I suggest you to buy a biligual vocabulary (with pronunciation written), a grammar book (including verbs tables) and to buy magazines such Focus or Bella Italia, even fashion magazines that you can translate into italian. I suggest you to read fantasy books (the language used is not too complicated) such as Harry potter etc.. and to watch films in Italian with italian subtitles (pronunciation will be easier).
