What are some really good websites that offer French and/or Italian language learning lessons? Thanks?

I am doing Year 9 Italian in 2008 and would really like a headstart given that I've never done Ital. before.

1. If you have itunes you can download launguage courses. Some are for free. I'm learning french by using them.
2. I have a blog that can teach you bit of French. Its pretty new, but in a day or two it will get a huge expansion. Its free, here is the URL http://frenchlessons101.blogspot.com/
3. I know Yahoo Groups has a group called BeginIT. The list owner sends out regular comprehensive lessons and best of all it's free if you have the time.
