how is it that italian women are all so thin?Is it their natural body type or is it their diet?

- mediterranean women tend to eat lots of healthy fat. Lots of EVOO. and fish. SO they tend to be leaner.
- They're not all so thin. They're fat small thin huge etc etc like ANYONE around the world is and can be. If most of them are thin, than it's what they eat. What do you eat?
- I think it is diet in general - other countries like China and Asia also have thin people ... tend to eat healthier, smaller amounts, and avoid fast foods,sodas, ect.

Ever seen a mobster with an Italian wife? Of course, but once they have kids the wife is just a cook / maid. Know why? Because 1 in a 1000 Italian women stay attractive and or thin after the age of 25.

- It tends to be the fatty acids in the Mediterranean Diet. There is actually a diet plan class the Mediterranean Diet and bases it's fat and amino acid intake around those found in seafood. Mangia! Mangia!
- Europeans don't eat "Jimmy Dean Sausage & Chocolate Chip Pancakes on a Stick" or processed foods loaded with trans fat, corn syrups and chemicals. An Italian woman is more likely to eat a small dish of pasta with fresh herbs and a tomato and possibly some fresh fruit or greens. A typical American will eat a giant plate of pasta smothered in a jar of corn syrupy, artificially flavored cheese-sauce, garlic bread with butter, a coke, and some Lil Debbie snack cakes. The Italian woman might go for a stroll, the American will sit in front of the TV.
- Being an italian woman living in the united states I am built quite solid, I have strong hips, thighs, butt and boobs , I wish I were naturally thin, but the Italian woman in europe are in better shape because, they probably eat more nutritious foods and they limit their snacking and limit or avoid all together high fat processed snacks. Most importantly they exersise, they probably walk more and ride bikes instead of driving, and instead of going home and sitting in front of the TV, they are more active.
