what is the history behind italian cream cheese cake?
i'm doing a video project for english class. and its like a how-to speech and i'm not italian and i got it off the computer, so i don't know any history behind it. i shoulda made pizza. lol ♥thanks♥

- It's called "Torta Della Nonna" ( grandmother's cheese cake". Here's a recipe. It's a traditional Italian cheesecake that was made for certain occasions( usually by grandma). Lol! I forgot to attach it. here you go.
