Can I travel to Italy on a French Schengen Visa issued in UK?

I am travelling to Paris and was wondering if I could travel to rome on my schengen visa? what are the technicalities, i am a student and need guidance please!!!!

But generally the answer would be "yes" since there is no passport control between France and Italy. You should look at your visa and see if any specific restrictions are noted. Occasionally Schengen visas will be issued with validity specific just to the country which issued it, or the validity will be issued for such a specific date range that it would be difficult to visit another country without overstaying the visa.
  2. yes. just make sure the visa isnt expired yet and that your passport is multiple entry if you want to leave
