What was the Roman Colosseum in Rome Italy made of?

Its where the people of Rome went to see gladiators fight against wild animals like tigers and lions.

1. Most of it was made from concrete. Romans developed one of the first forms of concrete by mixing dirt, sand, and volcanic rocks. This along with quarried stone makes up most of the colosseum.
