3. what kind of restaurant??? I own 1 fine dining in piemont that is going for 1,500,000.00 euro, another family pizza restaurant..worth about 600,000.00 euro....what are you looking for...to buy the business licence, and or the biulding too. Real estate in Italy has gotten rather expensive
4. it depends how big..and where!!! in the city center it maybe cost u 10.000€ to 20.000€ for a square meter!!! it's so much expansive!!! in dollars, for 100 sq\mt (1076 sq\ft) i maybe cost u 1.540.000,00$ to 3.080.000,00$!!!
5. Think that a two bedrooms apartment cost 600.000 euros at least. Nowadays to buy a bar or a restaurant in the city center is even more difficult because rich Chineses are looking to buy and they pay cash.
