What Italian Insects will I find lurking North of Venice Italy?

I am moving to Northern Italy in the Valley area of the Dolomites. What bugs and insects am I likely to find? Any deadly ones?

1. As far as I know, there are no deadly insects in Italy. I think the worst you will find in the area are mosquitos! Though people have died (very few though) from ticks. You will find those in areas with a high density of sheep, like Sardinia.
2. No deadly ones, no mosquitoes, lots of flies bees butterflies but some unknown blood thirsty insect/bug - I' ve never actually **seen** it, but I still have its bite mark - so use insect repellent especially if you walk in the woods.
