How have Italians adopted the Italian culture?
I am looking for about ten reasons; I know that the food is a major one. Also, when Italians immigrated to Canada, what difficulties did they encounter?

- Food, music, dress, religion, family ties, language,dating,customs. The younger ones would come to Canada, get a job, save his money, buy a house, then bring relatives over one by one. They worked hard, brought the relatives over and all lived in the same house. The older ones always spoke in their native tongue, the younger ones learned English. Love their Church and celebrations. They were fearful of acceptance, and pretty well stuck together..they worked long, hard hours, often as laborers doing work that others did not want to do....thank you
