Why Italy

Can someone help me translate the italian phrase "si ride" in english?

I know "si ride" comes from the italian verb ridere- to laugh but does it have some other kind of meaning? Is it used in italian to express something good happening?

Public Comments

  1. it is laughed or it is funny
  2. ridere-to laugh si ride=he laughs at himself/herself
  3. In Italian "Si ride" is the same as "(noi) ridiamo" and it means "we laugh". We say "si ride" even with a different meaning, as in the phrasing "domani si ride" that has the meaning of "tomorrow we will see what will happen".
  4. it laughs
