Wow. You'd think she'd know not to be so generalizing and potentially offensive when everything she says is available to the public. I suppose she's allowed to think that but she should keep opinions like that to herself, just between her and her friends.
There is some truth in what she says about Eastern European people. The girls there are gorgeous - I have a girlfriend called Lina from Ukraine, and wow!!! I visited her gandparents in Kyiv and saw loads of pretty girls everwhere. I've also been to several towns and cities in Russia (on an educational-exchange program) and the girls there are extremely pretty in an interesting, natural way. But the men look either extremely fierce or are drunk! As for Italy, I disagree with the comments. Beautiful people can be found from both sexes in Italy! Va bene!
well, her job is to be pretty... not smart... ... being a Czech guy, I don't feel like an opinion of Němcová really matters (at least not to me)... there's a lot of people on this planet who speak without thinking first... unfortunately, the media forces us to witness some of those people... My advice is... just don't worry about stuff like that... you would have to go crazy.... and we all know that there are gorgeous men and women all over the world... :)
Petra Nemcova is saying how Italian women are too small and that's why she doesn't think they're beautiful which is typical because she's like what... a 6 foot giant and she's going to think that other women giants like her are gorgeous. Sorry but most men prefer petite delicate women. Oh and that they wear too much makeup? please her career is all about wearing too much makeup and hiding flaws. She's an idiot. She should stick to looking pretty and shut the fuck up because obviously she's not famous for her mind.

Because she's dumb. Most Czech people feel that way about her and fortunately don't share her views. I mean, she can't even say a sentence that actually makes sense and lacks grammar mistakes in neither Czech nor English! I'm also a Czech girl and I always laugh when I hear people saying the Czech and Eastern European women are prettier then the ones from other countries. There are lots of not-so-pretty girls in the Czech Republic. I live in the U.S. and there are lots of gorgeous girls here, just like everywhere else (just an observation, I'm straight, lol). Frankly, I can see why American girls sometimes get pissed sometimes about this "hot Eastern European women" craze. It's like, being born in a certain country automatically makes you hot/not hot? I'd be pissed too, especially since it doesn't make sense :-)! Same with men. I've lived in/visited several countries and found men that I thought were handsome as well as those I didn't find particularly attractive. I think she's just really bad publicity for other Czech women. I mean, what's the message here? That we're good looking but just as dumb as she is? And that any foreigner can come to the Czech Republic and all single Czech women (or at least the hot ones :-)) will be all eager to marry him? Ugh! So don't worry about what she says, there pretty people, ugly people, smart people, dumb people, nice people, mean people...(I could go on but you get the picture) all over the world, no matter where you go :).
