How much is a cheeseburger meal at McDonalds in Italy?
I'm going to Italy in 2009 for 28 days and I'm just trying to figure out how much money I will need for food. Not that I'm going to eat McDonalds every single day! Prices in Euros if possible. Thanks! Just a general idea of prices? It doesnt need to be exact. I realise they are going to be more in 2009. Thank you everyone. McDonalds in Italy seems a lot more expensive than McDonalds in Australia!

- they won't have the same price as today. We just started 2008 and It is difficult to have an idea how much you gonna spend.
- The medium sized McMenus run between 5.50 and 6.50 euro at the McDonalds in the region where I live (Bologna/Verona). As usual with McDonalds, that includes fries and a drink. You can get the larger size for a little more. I would personally recommend looking for alternatives like panini, pizza al taglio, bruschetta ... that you can get for an equivalent price or less here when you're looking to go cheaper/lighter.
- For lunch, it's cheaper to eat in a bar with "tavola fredda" where they serve "panini" (sandwiches) and "salads" and you spend €3-4 for a big and tasty sandwich and a drink, or bars with "tavola calda" where you can eat some italian pasta or a piece of pizza spending €4-5. If you want a complete menu (pasta, meat with side dish, dessert and drink), you can find prices from €7 to €20. Mc Donals in Italy is not so convenient, a Mc Menu is €6.5 but I think the burguers are smaller than in the USA.
- Hi!!! I live in Italy and I know only Big Mac menu price! If it can help you, it's 6.50 €.
