1. if you speak italian, then you should just be able to go to regular coffee bars. My husband and I lived in itlay for 2 years and we would always see people having coffee alone... just have to get up and talk to them! OR just try online dating!
2. Ciao. I think that every medium/big city in Italy has at least on singles club, you could search in www .. but, as they told you, why don't consider to go to a simple and elegant caffe ? Buona fortuna (GL)
