  3. Marco polo, via Amsterdam with KLM, could be pricey but it beats going through heathrow!!
  4. You can fly direct to Marco Polo airport which is just outside Venice,with Easyjet-and if you book well in advance it`s very cheap. From the airport,you get the free bus service to the jetty-and then hop on a vaparetto (water-bus) ,which takes you down the grand canal into the heart of Venice.
