10. seafood crepe in a creamy alfredo sauce or seafood stew (ciapino) in a red tomato sauce. Green salad, bread and Cabernet Sauvignon wine to accompany it.

15. Gnocchi (potato dumplings) and my dad's red sauce - Yummmmmm!! As for desert, I like tiramisu OK, but prefer a canoli or gelato....

17. Home-made Lasagne (I'm a legend in my own lunch-time for my Lasagne - lol) followed by gorgeous Italian ice-cream.............mmmmmmmmmmmm.......... (I'm starting to feel really hungry now) :):):)

20. mmmm sure is its the one thing i am always in the mood for i love a good salad and some stuffed shells but to be honest i dont really kno any italian desserts im a third italian my grandmother is full italian he parents came over from italy so i knida feel like i should kno these kinda things considering i grew up living with her lol

22. WRONG, 'steve is cool', if I prepared an Italian dish in MY home, it wouldn't be "authentic" because I'm not Italian. However, in my hometown, there are two Italian restaurants owned and operated by the Giacalone brothers (Rico and Giovanni own one, the other two brothers whose first names I don't know own the other.) I GUARANTEE you THAT food is "real" Italian food. Don't be such an elitist. Pppphhh. In answer to the OP - I like cannoli. But I only eat it a couple of times a year.
23. Chicken Parmigiana Lasagne Pasta Fortelli Cannolli Spaghetti and Meatballs Calamari and Pasta with marinara sauce....I am making myself hungry.....
24. I love everything Italian. I still make it the same way as my mother & grandmother. Homemade ravioli with meat stuffing and simple tomato sauce, no meat in it. Fresh wedge of Parmagiano-Reggiano on the table with it's grater. Fresh crusty Italian bread or rolls and a small bowl of Extra virgin olive oil for dipping. Cracked black pepper. Must have a side of green salad. Dessert simple; Fresh fruit & perhaps some cheese such as Fruilano.

28. yes i love it! i much prefer italian main courses rather than deserts though...british puddings are better (cant beat good old sticky toffee pud!). Pasta and pizza are my faves...cant live without them :)
29. omg i love all of it My best mate is italian and any excuse i get i will be round there for dinner there family cook traditionally and omg its gorjus and the best is how they make their pizzas from scratch! you cant beat that!
