Why Italy

Is there any place in Florence where I can study Italian art, culture and literature in english?

I am spending one year in Firenze. Of course I'll be studying Italian language but I want to study Italian culture too. Are there any classes, schools or courses that use English? Thank you for your help.

3. How old are you? There are plenty of Universities there, but for enrolled students. If you are in school, check with their international programs.

There is a university in the heart of Florence that teaches all its classes (excluding the Italian language class) in English: http://www.lorenzodemedici.org/florence/ They offer a variety of classes, though most tend to be focused on the arts.
