I want to learn Italian?
I heard the best way to learn a new language is to emerse yourself in avery aspect. I have some Italian music and books and know a little of the language. I would like to know of any movies that may have an Italian language track that I can watch and hear more. Please let me know if you can help.

- please please if you find out let me know I go Italy often and to me there is no other language that I like to learn
- Probably, you should look for some Italian famous movies, such as Roberto Begnini's ones....or try to ask in a DVD rental shop, may they have some movies in original languages or they can suggest some title to you. edit: I saw the title the girl below me gave you. first of all, that is not an italian movie, and "le professore" isn't even italian.... some title you should see are: I Soliti Ignoti Johnny Stecchino - Benigni Il Mostro - Benigni La vita e' bella - Benigni Mediterraneo - Diego Abanantuono il Postino - Massimo Troisi Pane e Tulipani Le Fate Ignoranti Amici Miei these are real good italian movies, and I'm sure you could find lot of them in the US
- I loved learning Italian! I agree emersing yourself truley can help you learn the language easier and faster. It makes you more familiar with the "slang" not just what the dictionary says the words mean- how people from other countries can tell you arnt a native! "Le professore" is a funny little commedy that I watched when learning Italian in college. Its also has the option of being subscripted which is always helpful! I also recommend taking an Italian culture or film osr possibly even an Italian cooking class, maybe at a local Community college, or for harder classes, a 4-year..... they are great aspects to learn more about the culture and content of the Italian lifestyle! Enjoy!
- Try this link full of movies: http://joox.net/cat/1190 Fact is you'll need some instruction beyond "just listening" if you want to learn the language. It's not an extremely difficult language, but it will definitely need some schooling to grasp the grammar completely. Once you do, the rest just falls into place.
- HI!!I'm Italian and, if u wanna, just send me an email, so we'll be able to chat together and u'll quickly improve your Italian! well...as regards to the movies....benigni's ones are BEAUTIFUL, but - trust me - i don't think u'd understand a lot, cuz they're spoken in an Italian dialect, which is quite hard even for many italians!!and it happens in de sica's ones, abattantuono's ones....so, i suggest u seeing : - notte prima degli esami - notte prima degli esami - oggi- - Pane e tulipani bye!!
