Sweet Italian Phrases?

Can someone provide some phrases (for a gal to say to a guy) in Italian such as... Thinking of You... You're on my mind.. You make me smile... You are sweet.. Dreaming of you.. And anything else you might want to share with me... The online translators don't seem to work well... Thanks!
