What is the best way to learn Italian and french?

I want to learn italian and french and was wondering what the best way was to learn it besides moving there.Like a Cd or something.

2. Move in with an immigrant.
3. No doubt, rent movies in the language,,pay careful attention to the action going on there too. I learned Italian that way, of course I was living there but watching TV is the best....since there is RAI the Italian channel on cable, watch it when you can.
