Why Italy

I was supposed to go on a date with an Italian man, but he always cancels on me last minute?

When he tells me he wants to meet me, he does it last minute and I'm not able to get ready in like 30 minutes, so he ends up going home. Why does he always let me know he wants to see me last minute? Also why doesn't he like to wait for me? He came to America less than a year ago.

1. I guess he might have some inhibitions on his part, maybe he is in someway still unsure of his feelings. Another factor is that maybe, he is really that way. Being fickle minded is one of the characteristics of a Type A personality. They are the type who are always in the rush to do things, an imaginary deadline perhaps. They are somehow disorganize because in their own way, they perform better by being fast pace and by being always on the go. Try to understand him better, look at his good points. 2. i'm am half a italian can tell you from experience if he is as you say italy he may have been brought up with certain values, morales, may be nervous. i was set-up 8 yr's ago by my grandmother through one of her friends son's who came to my uncle's wedding. this man was very handsome, reserved my grandmother told me ot not ever let him see my wild side. let alone most italian men are looking for somone from there own background, soemone they can take home to his momma for approval. let's just say that it didn't last long, this man politely told me i wasn't to be good enough for his family since my parents were divorce. i sent him on his way. however we did remain friends. he was always a gentleman.
